Exequiel Lacovsky, originally from Argentina, is pursuing a Ph.D. in International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is also a doctoral fellow at the Truman Institute for the Advancement of Peace at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His areas of interest include international security, nuclear and nonproliferation studies and Latin American politics. In 2012 Mr. Lacovsky was a visiting fellow at the Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS).
